We are using the representative of the MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (MiGS) in Vietnam that meets PCI Data Security Standard. All card details are processed in a secure environment. Your card information will be protected during the transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer technology, which encrypts the information that you provide online.
For the individual travelers, you’re required to deposit 30% of the total tour price at the time of making reservation on our website.
The remaining 70% must be paid at least one day prior to departure either by cash or by credit card.
If you book via other travel agents, please contact them for further detailed payment information.
For the travel agent, the billing payment is applied according to the partnership agreement signed by both parties upon’s the cooperation.
Palmvietnam offers free credit card processing fee for deposit payment of 30% total booking value. The balance of 70% is collected in cash 01 day before your cruise date. If you prefer to pay the balance by credit card, there’s additional bank fee: 3.3% for Visa/Master card, 3.85% for Amex card and it should be made via our online secure payment gateway.
We accept cash and credit card payments (via Visa, Master Card, Amex, JCB and UnionPay). Credit card payments will be processed securely via Onepay – a leading payment gateway provider in Vietnam.
